R T. Kendall, American by birth, has spent twenty-five years pastoring the historic Westminster Chapel in London, England. Two names familiar across much of the twentieth century, G Campbell Morgan and Martyn Lloyd Jones, preceded him with rich ministries at The Chapel. In the last years, through his openness to the ministry of the Spirit, The Chapel became the scene of a season of divine visitation unprecedented in its long and fruitful ministry.  In early 2002 he ended his long and effective tenure as pastor at the Chapel and moved back to his native land to continue ministry that he feels will be the most effective phase of his life. Jack R. Taylor has a ministry that spans more than sixty-three years, twenty-five of which were spent in the pastorate where he witnessed moves of God in reviving. His first book "THE KEY TO TRIUMPHANT LIVING" is a tribute to personal and corporate revival and has sold upwards of 500,000 copies. His life has been punctuated by encounters with the Spirit of God that have changed his life and

ministry. His desire is that his life and ministry never become static and retain the passion to know and experience God more and more. He is a frequent speaker in areas where revival has broken out such as Toronto, London and across North America. His passion is to see the church become Kingdom-centered and empowered by the Spirit to bring the terms of the written Word into living dynamic. Jack has written 13 books that, because of their content, continue to sell well across the world. Jack continues to make his home in Melbourne, Florida.

Charles Carrin has been in ministry more than 50 years. For more than half that time his beliefs and practices denied the supernatural works and gifts of the Holy Spirit. A crisis time in his own life, his wife's tragic automobile accident and a number of converging lines of evidence from Scripture caused him to consider revising his theology. Through a miraculous encounter of ministry with an inmate of the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary he was gloriously filled with the Spirit and walked out of that visitation room in a power he had only heard of and read about. His ministry abruptly changed and today is characterized by displays of the power of God in deliverance and healing as well as salvation. Charles carries a great anointing for putting in writing the truths his ministry embodies. Though it is generally agreed that R.T. is the "Word" man, Jack is the "Spirit" man and Charles is the "power" man, each of them feels that he is free to articulate the message God has put in his heart. This makes for a Spirit-anointed blending of powerful truths that transform by His Power. 

The Encourager School of Kingdom Ministry is a practical training school designed to help anyone who has been walking with the Lord and desires to grow in areas of ministry establish an identity as a Son or Daughter in the Kingdom of God. We believe that the students that graduate from our school have every tool available to them in heaven to reach the lost and to change the world. It is not enough to just hear stories of what Jesus did, but we have to follow in His footsteps and give the world the encounter it is crying out to receive. We hold true to this vision statement, that the purpose of this school is to raise up Sons and Daughters of the Kingdom who will advance and establish the presence of God in every culture of society.  

     There is a ministry school in Houston, Texas, the Encourager School of Kingdom MInistries that will begin its third year in September, 2012. It is my high privilege to be associated with the school and to have the privilege of being present at its opening and closing exercises each year with periodic visits in between.  My excitement soars each time I am exposed to ESKM and its able staff and quality of cooperation and spiritual life.  The dynamic symbiotic relationship between Encourager Church and ESKM is something to behold.
